I am so impressed with Rafael! He is so professional and is so informed in the CPAP field. He can and does answer any and all questions and concerns that clients ask. He has different options for his clients who experience different and similar problems with the therapy and equipment. Just today he adjusted my temperature control after discussing a problem with dry mouth (Common CPAP issue) and while we were speaking adjusted my machine online in seconds. I mentioned an issue I have with my deviated septum and indicated that brethe right strips are hit and miss and expensive if used on a daily basis and he shows me a new technology to solve this problem and I cannot wait to try it! I highly recommend this intelligent, personable and tech savy highly motivated professional.

I have suffered insomnia for decades believing it was just something I had to live with. Raphael Mendonca my RRT was very helpful. He suggested an at home sleep test which he explained thoroughly and we did a dry-run before I took it home. It was pretty easy to do and while it was a bit uncomfortable I was relieved I didn’t have to go up a sleep lab to do it. When the results came back a few days later I got together with Raphael and went over the results. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. He offered a couple of options and suggestions for me which I am following up with. I should have done this sooner - I’m 70 and have had insomnia for at least 30 years. I highly recommend this business and this tech. Thank you Raphael

In this day and age it is very unusual to get the excellent service that I received from Rafael and the Sleep E Home Health company.
I saw their ad on FB and as I needed a new part for my Cepap machine I decided to find out if Sleep E carried it.
From my first phone call to receipt of the items the service was top notch.
I had a small problem with a part ( my fault) and again it was dealt with immediately.
Thank you Rafael- I will always recommend you and your company .
