I have suffered insomnia for decades believing it was just something I had to live with. Raphael Mendonca my RRT was very helpful. He suggested an at home sleep test which he explained thoroughly and we did a dry-run before I took it home. It was pretty easy to do and while it was a bit uncomfortable I was relieved I didn’t have to go up a sleep lab to do it. When the results came back a few days later I got together with Raphael and went over the results. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. He offered a couple of options and suggestions for me which I am following up with. I should have done this sooner - I’m 70 and have had insomnia for at least 30 years. In this day and age it is very unusual to get the excellent service that I received from Rafael and the Sleep E Home Health company.
I saw their ad on FB and as I needed a new part for my Cepap machine I decided to find out if Sleep E carried it.
From my first phone call to receipt of the items the service was top notch.
I had a small problem with a part ( my fault) and again it was dealt with immediately.
