I'm very happy I went to this clinic to get my CPAP. Rafael was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through how to use the machine, properly fit the mask and how to troubleshoot if I have issues. I did have some issues with humidity and he was able to help me over the phone without the need to go into the clinic. He's very knowledgeable about all the products and I didn't feel like he was pushing me to buy things I don't need. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a CPAP!

I am so impressed with Rafael! He is so professional and is so informed in the CPAP field. He can and does answer any and all questions and concerns that clients ask. He has different options for his clients who experience different and similar problems with the therapy and equipment. Just today he adjusted my temperature control after discussing a problem with dry mouth (Common CPAP issue) and while we were speaking adjusted my machine online in seconds. I mentioned an issue I have with my deviated septum and indicated that brethe right strips are hit and miss and expensive if used on a daily basis and he shows me a new technology to solve this problem and I cannot wait to try it! I highly recommend this intelligent, personable and tech savy highly motivated professional.
