Rafael is a MOBILE Sleep Specialist. He comes to you. No more running around town. When you are in a wheelchair this is a game changer! Before he arrived he read my CPAP's SD CARD data and saw the need to titrate upwards. He immediately called my Sleep Doctor at the Civic and together they realized I was on the wrong machine! He arrived the next morning with my new BIPAP machine which he rents. With my husband present, he observed my sleep positioning, pillow placement, fit me with a proper mask, and I now have a quiet night's sleep with excellent low numbers and daytime energy. So impressed!

I'm very happy I went to this clinic to get my CPAP. Rafael was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through how to use the machine, properly fit the mask and how to troubleshoot if I have issues. I did have some issues with humidity and he was able to help me over the phone without the need to go into the clinic. He's very knowledgeable about all the products and I didn't feel like he was pushing me to buy things I don't need. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a CPAP!
