Our Consultation Service is designed to provide a smooth, stress-free transition from diagnosis to treatment. Whether you’ve completed a home sleep test or an in-lab study, we start by reviewing your sleep test results and medical intake form to fully understand your symptoms, sleep habits, and unique therapy needs.
During the consultation, our expert team will:
Pressure-fit a variety of CPAP masks to find the most comfortable and effective option at different pressure levels
Perform a complete BiPAP machine setup and education session to ensure you feel confident using your device at home
Provide CPAP cleaning wipes and distilled water to get you started with proper hygiene and maintenance from day one
Offer a complimentary insurance review to help minimize any out-of-pocket costs—because we believe in making sleep care accessible
💰 Good news: All consultation fees are fully credited toward your final BiPAP purchase ($2300.00 total).
📦 Completed a home sleep test? You’ll receive an additional discount toward your machine purchase—our way of thanking you, and helping bridge the gap in funding due to the lack of provincial rebate eligibility.

Great service from Raphael after 4 consecutive years

Rafael is simply amazing! I feel so much comfortable and confident with him. I was able to express my concerns regarding some specific aspects without any hesitation. And so discovering and trying for a first time a CPAP machine is so much easier than expected.
He always takes the time to answer to my questions and his guidance and advice are so appreciated. I highly recommend Rafael! - Kelly Piscina··from Google
I'm very happy I went to this clinic to get my CPAP. Rafael was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through how to use the machine, properly fit the mask and how to troubleshoot if I have issues. I did have some issues with humidity and he was able to help me over the phone without the need to go into the clinic. He's very knowledgeable about all the products and I didn't feel like he was pushing me to buy things I don't need. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a CPAP!
